Refund Policy

At Ricordi Audio, our priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Returns and Refunds (14 Days)

If, for any reason, the product does not fully meet your expectations, you have the option to return it and receive a full refund .

  • Trial Period: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to try it and request a refund.
  • Item Condition: To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when received : new, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. It is essential that you retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Process: To begin the process, please contact us at contact@ricordi-audio.com. We will send you detailed instructions on where to send the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. No items will be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Warranty and Technical Coverage

  • Initial Fault (30 Days): If a fault or defect occurs in the unit during shipping or within the first 30 days after receipt, we will assess the situation. The solution will be either a full replacement of the unit or its repair . If you choose repair, we will cover 100% of the associated costs: shipping to the nearest technical service, cost of replacement parts, labor, and we will coordinate directly with the technician to ensure a prompt solution.
  • Standard Warranty (Up to 1 Year): Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a full year from the date of purchase.
  • Post-Warranty Support: Even after the warranty period has expired (after the first year), we are available to help you manage any repairs due to wear and tear. We will work with the technician of your choice to try to resolve the issue.
